Upacks and Wiper Seals
Upacks and Wiper Seals are vital sealing elements in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Factors:
The selection of these products depends on the following factors: 1) Application: - Hydraulic or pneumatic use - Shaft and housing surface conditions (dry, lubricated or non-lubricated surface) 2) Size: - Shaft outside diameter (u-pack inside diameter); - Housing diameter (u-pack outside diameter); - Axial cross-section and radial cross-section. 3) Temperature: fluid temperature and operating temperature. Both peak and average temperature situations should be taken into consideration. 4) Pressure: Static as well as dynamic pressure should be reported. Maximum operating pressure is also an important parameter. 5) Linear Speed: Number of cylinder strokes, maximum speed, etc. 6) Medium/Fluid: Type of medium and its volume, etc.

Nak Bonded Seal
The Bonded Seal (or Usitring) is an elastomeric sealing ring that is vulcanized onto the edge of a metal washer. The washer controls the deformation of the elastomer ring and eliminates the possibility of compression and extrusion.
NAK offers standard and self-centering types of screw union rings, and we also have other customized models available. Standard types are commonly used to seal most engineering applications, and we have several different sizes available.
The self-centering type has the characteristics of easy installation and accurate placement.

Speed Sleeve NAK
The Speed Sleeve is a stainless steel material of the highest quality, with precise finishing and hardness.
Simply place the Sleeve in the correct position using the tool provided in the kit. Once the Sleeve has been installed, simply use the same size of oil seal as usual.

V-Ring
The V-ring is used to protect against the ingress of dirt, dust and water in most applications, made entirely of rubber, it contains a body and a tapered lip.
The V-ring is assembled and rotates with the shaft, the lip seals against the face perpendicular to the shaft, the interference of the body on the shaft holds the lip in position and at the same time seals against the shaft. Rubber material NBR (most common) and FKM (Viton).
Models
Type VA:
The most common, it has a perpendicular back face, ideal for transporting devices.
Type VS:
Better shaft fit due to greater width, the design ensures axial and radial sealing at high speeds, and the wide body ensures greater radial strength. Most commonly used in automotive and agricultural applications.
Type VL:
Narrow axial section, application for limited installation space and effective complementary labyrinth.

Orings
Orings, AS 568 STANDARD are made of high quality rubber compounds, allowing excellent sealing capacity and high performance.
The orings follow a standard 70 shore hardness, and the types of materials are: Nitrile, Silicone, Viton and others.
Circle Lips
Fixing element used on shafts or holes, with the following main applications: 1. Preventing axial displacement of parts or components. 2. Positioning or limiting the stroke of a part or sliding assembly on the shaft.
