OIL SEALS
Standard Oil eals, with application in moto reducers, hydraulic pumps and machines in general.
In the automotive line: power steering, shock absorber and moto lines. Brands: NAK and NQK.
The oil seals promote the sealing of rotating shafts, used in the construction and maintenance of machines, vehicles and equipment in general.
The main function is to retain oils, grease, dust, dirt or impurities. The seal material must be compatible with the fluid to be sealed, thus avoiding corrosion and damage to the component.
Commonly used rubber materials are: nitrile rubber (NBR), viton rubber (FKM), hydrogenated rubber (HNBR), polyacrylic (ACM) and silicone (VMQ). The hardness of rubber varies from 70 shore to 90 shore, depending on the application.
Models (profiles) must be chosen according to the application.
Standard
Oil Seal
Seals for rotary shafts of various dimensions and meet applications <= 0.3 bar and speed <= 10 m/s. The temperature range depends on the type of rubber.
